Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 5th Annual Dave & Dan Classic on July 10, 2017. Together, we raised a record $1.27 million for Credit Unions for Kids, which benefits Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. It's truly amazing what we can accomplish when we come together!

6th Annual Dave & Dan Classic

Formerly known as the "Hank and Moose Open", the tournament has become one of the largest credit union-sponsored events supporting Credit Unions for Kids, a non-profit organization under which America's credit unions raise funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

6.57 million donated

Event proceeds benefit several children's hospitals by funding pediatric rehabilitation treatments and cancer research among other critical services, equipment and charitable care, including:

  1. Seattle Children's Hospital

  2. Doernbecher Children's Hospital

  3. Sacred Heart Medical Center

  4. UC Davis Children's Hospital

  5. Children's Hospital Oakland

  6. Children's Hospital Colorado

Team Format

Four person teams, which may include a fifth celebrity player. The Peoria Scoring System will determine each team's handicap based on plan for the day. A Scramble format will be played on both courses.

About Credit Unions for Kids

Credit Unions for Kids is the non-profit organization under which credit unions across the nation raise funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. By funding breakthrough research, numerous programs and services, and construction of new facilities, credit unions have established a wonderful legacy at hospitals throughout the United States.

About Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals is a non-profit organization that raises funds for more than 170 affiliated children's hospitals. With the help of a Children's Miracle Network Hospital in their community, children of all ages and backgrounds can receive treatment for every imaginable disease and injury - from asthma and broken bones to cancer and heart defects. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals are also on the front lines of research, education and outreach programs that keep millions of kids out of the hospital each year.

Dave Wilcox

Dave Wilcox, the all-star linebacker of the San Francisco 49ers from 1964 through 1974, quickly established himself as one of the league's finest linebackers. Nicknamed "The Intimidator," Wilcox played seven Pro Bowls and was named All-NFL five times during his career. In 2000, he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Dan Fouts

Dan Fouts, the San Diego Chargers quarterback from 1973 through 1987, was one of the most productive passing quarterbacks during the 1970s and 1980s. Leading the NFL in passing yards four straight years, Fouts became the first player in history to throw for 4,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. In 1993, Fouts was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
